الوصف الوظيفي The main responsibilities of this role include: - Assist in the development of the GSE zonal plans relating to crowd management, evacuation and welcome services for Expo 2020; - Support the Senior Manager – Guest Service Operations as a focal point for the zones and for the development and input of the GSE function into the ongoing development of the service design and Functional Area Operating Plan; - Develop host and volunteer operations within the zones; - Support the Senior Manager - Guest Services Operations with the socialization and engagement across the Expo 2020 business ensuring zonal and site wide crowd management consistency; - Manage the implementation of the Expo queue management policy within the designated zones and provide continual support to all stakeholders on queue related issues; - Work closely with Venue Operations, Accreditation, Ticketing, Security, Transport and Entertainment at the zonal management level to ensure the operational plan is aligned and well-coordinated; - Lead the team responsibly and proficiently, providing effective line management to direct reports; - Set objectives and evaluate performance of individual direct reports and actively manage key personnel issues; - Ensure that all staff acquire the required skills and knowledge through appropriate learning and development programs. المهارات - A Bachelor’s degree within a relevant field; - Minimum 6+ years of major event experience dealing with sizable crowds; - Programme / project manager experience leading complex projects; - Knowledge across all key event operational functions, understanding the Guest Services dependencies with the other operational functions and non-operational directorates; - Experience in working in a multi-cultural organization, GCC region desirable; - An open, participative, charismatic leadership style. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/guests-services-zone-manager-4159221/ |
