الوصف الوظيفي The main responsibilities of this role will include: - Assist the Manager(s), Accreditation Operations in the delivery of Accreditation services across the Expo 2020 site; - Provide administrative support across the Accreditation Operations work stream including collation of reporting and updating project management tools and documentation; - Assist with the delivery of Accreditation Operations across the Expo-wide Test Event period; - Assist in the delivery of services at Accreditation Facilities and across the Expo 2020 site; - Take ownership of specific aspects of the Accreditation Operations deliverable under the direction of the Manager(s), Accreditation Operations; - Assist implementation of operational plans for the Main Accreditation Centre, Accreditation Help Offices and facilities; - Deliver Accreditation operations on site as a key member of the wider Event Operations team; - Support the delivery of the testing and readiness programme; - Overall responsibility for load-in of Accreditation facilities, including testing of technology and equipment required to run the operation; - Maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders; - Become an integral part of a high performance team, contributing in the identification and resolution of problems, applying a keen attention to detail, and in accomplishing team objectives and duties related to Accreditation Operations; - Understand and coordinate Accreditation Operations responsibilities and tasks to ensure all programme aspects are delivered to the expected service level; - Ensure also that Accreditation remains consistent in providing necessary support to all other Expo 2020 departments and FAs; - Operate in accordance with Expo 2020 policies and procedures. المهارات - A Bachelor’s Degree within a relevant field; - Ability to operate in a dynamic team working environment, handling multiple tasks and deadlines and responding proactively to change; - Ability to work with, and influence, internal and external stakeholders in order to successfully assist strong working relationships and joint decision-making; - Highly numerate, excellent IT skills, detail-conscious, articulate and well-organised; - Basic understanding of Accreditation in the context of a mega event; - Demonstrated experience in Customer Service delivery; - Ability to present to audiences in a multi lingual environment; - Exposure to business management principles and project management tools; - Service, hospitality or events industry experience. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/senior-associate-accreditation-operations-4159386/ |
