الوصف الوظيفي The main responsibilities of this role include: - Management of the Operations Support Services functional area and venue plans; - Report to the Lead Manager Operations Support Services to assist with any Functional requirements; - Ensure implementation and adherence for all Expo wide Policies and Procedures; - Act as the initial point of contact for onsite Operations Support Service activities; - Work alongside the appropriate zone, functional area Managers, such as Ceremonies, International Participants and Venue Management on ensuring a seamless delivery of Operational support; - Manages the Service Providers adherence to the planned preventative maintenance, testing and inspections; - Manage allocated teams responsibly and proficiently, providing effective line management to direct reports; - Evaluate performance of individual direct reports; - Provide visible leadership to the team and across the organization to key stakeholders. المهارات - A Bachelor’s degree within a relevant field; - Programme / project management experience coordinating complex major event projects; - Understanding Hard Services operational dependencies and impact on other functions and non-operational directorates; - Background in facilities management or operations; - Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills; - Experience in managing Hard Services Teams; - Experience in working with Government partners and multi-agency stakeholder. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/technical-sme-manager-hvac-hard-services-4159409/ |
