Associate - Creative

The role of Associate - Creative in the narrative lab is to contribute to the conceptualization and production of the team’s creative output. For example, storyboarding, design ideas, and design consultation.

The main responsibilities of this role will include:

- Collaborate, conceptualize, create drafts, and communicate creative ideas;

- Ensure that creative output is relevant to the specified audience and consistently reflects Expo 2020 Dubai visual best practices;

- Show flexibility and a strong ability to deliver high quality work under pressure and to firm deadlines;

- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and internal processes;

- Show a strong knowledge of design for accessibility and provide guidance where necessary on best practice and emerging trends;

- Ensure knowledge management capturing of all relevant information of people of determination design in an accessible format.

المهارات
2+ years of relevant experience as well as:

- Bachelor’s Degree within a relevant field;

- Strong interpersonal skills;

- Communication skills (oral and written);

- Ability to work independently with only directional input from line managers;

- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a larger goal;

- Working knowledge visual communication tools;

- Media Management;

- Ability to develop a brief and translate into design.
