Associate – Workforce Accreditation Services

الوصف الوظيفي The main responsibilities of this role will include: - Implement the planning of the Accreditation business process for accredited Workforce Guest Groups (paid staff, volunteers, contractors); - Engage with Accreditation stakeholders in order to implement a fit for purpose Accreditation process; - Implement an effective and efficient Workforce Guest Group engagement process, as guided by the Manager(s), Workforce Accreditation; - Engage with assigned Accredited Workforce Guest Group(s) to guide them through the Accreditation process; - Deliver Accreditation services to accredited Workforce Guest Groups at Accreditation facilities and across the Expo 2020 site; - Assist implementation of operational plans for the Main Accreditation Centre, Accreditation Help Offices and facilities; - Support the delivery of the testing and readiness programme; - Maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. المهارات - Bachelor’s Degree within a relevant field; - Ability to operate in a dynamic team working environment, handling multiple tasks and deadlines and responding proactively to change; - Highly numerate, excellent IT skills, detail-conscious, articulate and well-organised; - Evidence of ability to apply a clear, logical and coherent approach to the analysis of complex issues, and the development and implementation of recommendations for next step action; - Demonstrated experience in Customer Service delivery; - Exposure to business management principles and project management tools; - Service, hospitality or events industry experience; - Proficiency in Arabic (written and/or spoken). تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/associate-workforce-accreditation-services-4157782/ |
