Handling of individual projects assigned.
Identify WPS/PQR Applicable for project .
Identify & inform welding foreman of the Qualified welders .
Prepare ITP and All required documents for Project .
Review all QC related project specifications and inform project engineer about the inspection & NDT requirements.
Receive material inspection & MTC review requirements .
Carry out all stage inspections as per job requirements .
Review and store RT films as per the project NDT requirements .
Co ordinate & communicate with client and third party inspectors.
Final Documentation for all projects undertaken.
Ensure Welding consumable control & Review baking rejister on Daily Basis.
Carry out NDT inspections internally if project allows .
Ensure that only calibrated instruments and equipment’s are used for the project .
Assist MR in internal & external audits .
Handle projects independently if required .
Monitoring and implementation of safety rules
