Production Supervisor

nspection of incoming Raw materials (PP, HDPE, LDPE, etc.) by conducting MFI testing etc. Conducting tests for still water closures like Physical dimension testing, Torque testing, Water leakage Testing. And also knowlege in Tests for 5 Gallon caps including - Centre opening, Tearing Test, leakage tests etc. Periodically calibration and conducting preventive maintenance of measuring instruments/testing equipment. Shift Management Analysis of rejection/rework and discuss with production team in daily meeting. Quick Analysis of customer complaint with team and response timely. Continuously improvement in productivity and shop floor discipline. Knowledge of tests conductiong through Nestle/Coke Standards is an added advantage.

Proven track record of successfully training employees in productivity and safety. Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000 , HACCP regulations.
