The candidate should:
be able to innovate and develop new ideas, sketches and concepts.
lead and coordinate all design activities through all stages of the design (exterior and interior) such as the concept design, schematic design, design development, approvals and construction documentation.
be able to successfully communicate and organize with team members and stakeholders and make sure all deliverables are successfully met and tasks are completed on time and budget.
be up-to-date with current and trending elements of design, construction methods and details, and technology.
create and work on new procedures, standards and design policies.
manage the design team, designs and process
have a minimum of 18 years of experience and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE with at least 2 years in the same or similar position. A postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.

Up to date knowledge of UAE regulations, materials and suppliers.
Ability and experience in managing and coordinating team members, various disciplines involved in the design, authorities and other stakeholders.
Advanced knowledge of software’s such as AutoCad, BIM - Revit..etc. and construction practice in the UAE.
