Assistant Finance Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
Job Purpose:

Monitor/Control of Accounts (AR/AP/GL/FA),
payroll and other Accounts/Finance related activities,
monthly book closure, periodical MIS, Annual Budgets, annual accounts finalization & Audit of FS.

Key skills & attributes essential/desirable for the job:

1. Good knowledge of Accounting / Auditing procedures and relevant statutes (like GAAP, IFRS, Labor laws, etc. and Indian tax laws/statutory compliance )

2. Proficient knowledge of ERP/ accounting software to maintain accounts under different modules and finalization of books of accounts

3. Understanding relevant policy & procedures of the Company

4. Proficient knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) / Oracle(ERP)/SAP

5. fair understanding of Fusion/BI structures 6. good communication / presentation skills / team leadership skills

المهارات
Qualifications:

1. Must be well qualified ICWA/CA with ability to lead 15 -20 staff in the accounts department including P & L , B.S , BRS, Payable, Payroll, VAT knowledge, able to manage branches accounts as well.
2. Able and experienced in generating all types of financial reports
3. Good communication skills in English and Hindi
4. Must have knowledge in Oracle 11i /12i/R-12 etc.
5. Well experienced in advanced MS Excel
6. Experience required minimum 15 years
