Provide legal counsel to the board of directors, and other senior management.

Developing and leading corporate legal strategy to promote and protect the company’s matters

Provide creative, strategic and commercial legal advice across all core business activity.

Studying contracts and legal documents to make sure that it is in the organization’s interests

Preparation of agreements, legal letters and documents for ensuring legal safety to an organization

Managing real estate interest in multiple jurisdictions including but not limited to UK, Egypt and Uganda

Arbitration & Litigation

Conflict resolution

Excellent communication

Exposure in dealing with external Law firms

10 years of experience in leading a corporate Legal Department.

5 years minimum experience with a Law Firm

Legal exposure to real estate matters

UK Laws
