الوصف الوظيفي
Drive sales growth and increase market share by selling Value Added Product in UAE & nearby market.
Developing relations with major contractors, consultant, clients and Government institutions for business growth.
Provide product technical information and send timely submission of technical and commercial offer
Ensuring healthy techno-commercial relation with the existing customer and develop new prospects in the assigned territory
Responsible for market analysis, understand competition related to projects, price trend, customer behavior, market fluctuations and update Head Sales & Marketing accordingly.
Responsible for sales targets, follow up for payments and statutory forms which needs to be collected from customers.
Negotiation on basis of customer creditability, volume, market share and related factors.
Prepare territory reports and forecast as required for the improvement of area allocated.
Ensuring on time delivery of products in coordination with logistic department.

المهارات
The desired candidate should have 8-15 years in a similar role with experience in sales of Plasters, Tiles adhesive, putty & Grouts.
