الوصف الوظيفي • Accountable for the delivery of the program scope and schedule • Accountable for sign-off and acceptance of program management deliverables • Manages program scope, resources, schedule, escalations, risks, actions, issues and decisions • Manages integrated program plan • Ensures alignment between all projects, and vendors • Manages program stakeholders including vendors • Manages program escalations in coordination with Program Director • Approves program management deliverables signoff and acceptance Detailed Responsibilities • Report to the Program Director the progress of assigned program. • Coordination of QA and PMO services on all deliverables • Monitoring and managing the project schedule • Assist in developing change management plan • Scope management and monitor deliverable acceptance and Sign off by respective business owners • Responsible for timely implementation of program to achieve program objectives • Highlight the key risks and identify mitigation plans • Manage issues for timely resolution • Manage communication with all vendor program managers & Internal stakeholders including global process leads, GIT leads & IT segment managers • Oversee project coordination activities • Provide overall direction to vendor Program Manager • Manage variance requests & WRICEF requests • Upon Request, represent project teams in Steering committee meetings as well as to Project sponsor • Escalation to Project Sponsor, Change Board and Steering committee to resolve critical project issues المهارات Bachelor’s degree preferably in science or engineering disciplines. https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/sap-program-manager-4153529/ |
