Senior Executive – Field Service (Automotive)- French and Arabic Speaking
Salary: AED.17,000
Location: Dubai
Responsibilities:
Provide first line technical assistance where possible to address the problem
Act as primary point of contact for dealerships to communicate or escalate technical issue and concerns with the products
Escalate matters to the manufacturer and facilitate correspondence to ensure technical issues are amicably and efficiently addressed
Release technical service bulletin to the dealerships upon receiving reports and necessary approval from the Headquarters
Evaluate the solution provided to the dealerships to support continuous quality improvement of company’s products
Use the results of the dealerships evaluation to identify gaps in the service delivery and recommend suitable remedies for improvement
Review and communicate the safety recall progress and service campaign released by the Headquarters to the dealerships and track and monitor dealership compliance
Support the dealership field engineer activities to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge, skills and resources to handle customer issues in an efficient manner retrospectively building a storing customer base.
Inspect dealership service centers in order to ensure service readiness and adherence to the service policy and procedure and facilitate capability building as required
Conduct comparative analysis of the products available in the market versus products recommended by the manufacturer or Headquarters in order to evaluate performance, cost effectiveness and availability in order to propose customization or alternative products where necessary to meet regional requirements
Assist the planning and execution of promotional after sales events to support dealership operations
المهارات
Needed Background:
Experience of Automotive Manufacture Service Technical Trainer, Technical Supervisor, Field Engineer or Dealer Workshop Manager
More than 5 years in Automotive Industry
Experience of Heavy Duty Truck Industry preferred.
Requires travelling to GCC and African Regions
