الوصف الوظيفي Successful and target driven individuals to join our dedicated real estate team. المهارات · RERA qualified professional preferred. · Proven track record highly desirable. · Must be able to start immediately. · With good communication skills & self-motivated. · Very well presentable as you will be required to be facing clients. · Customer Service and Time Keeping skills at the highest level. · Good command of spoken and written English. · UK or European nationality preferred. · UAE driving license and own car preferred. · To generate and increase client’s portfolio via networking and prospecting. · Prepare a daily action plan and meet the targets in a timely manner. · Ensure full compliance of Laws and Regulations and Company Policies. · Be up-to-date with the Real Estate market trends and be familiar with the current pricing for rental as well as sale value of a property in a specialist area. · Cooperate with numbers of property network and develop database of prospective clients through developer’s agents, developer’s handover department agent, real estate agents, contractors, and other related channels. · Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills. · Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills. · Proven track of successful sales record.
