Logistics Programme Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
The purpose of the Logistics Programme Manager is to manage and drive the end-to-end process for all of the Logistics Programme activities including PMO, logistics systems, contracts, procurement, finance, and the Logistics Coordination Centre.

The main responsibilities of this role include:

- Assist, liaise, support and work collaboratively with the Expo 2020 Official Logistics Partner in relation to the Logistics Services Agreement;

- Define the short term and long term goals and objectives for the Logistics workstream and agree these with the Logistics senior management team;

- Continually improve Expo 2020 Logistics Processes, Policies and Procedures;

- Act as a core interface between Logistics and the Event Delivery Office and Innovation & Future Technologies Departments;

- Is the main custodian of the Logistics Tender Event Schedule, ensuring that it is fit for purpose and delivers the appropriate management information to Logistics and Event Operations’ leadership;

- Act as the Logistics lead to interface the CAFM system with Event Operations systems;

- Lead the CAFM Systems user group to discuss current systems issues and seek input from users regarding ongoing development of the system, playing a pro-active role in the development of the system as required;

- Responsible for the successful delivery and operation of the CAFM system;

- Plan and lead the CAFM Management Integration, project managing the CAFM service provider ensuring all the deliverables and Key Performance Indicators are met.

المهارات
6+ years’ experience in a similar role working within a highly dynamic and complex project environment, with specific experience related to operations;

- A bachelors degree within a relevant field;

- Flexible attitude and being able to adapt to rapid change;

- Technical background;

- Strong interpersonal and relationship skills;

- Ability to interact with a wide variety of stakeholders

- Excellent communication and writing skills;

- Excellent Microsoft Excel;

- Experience of Expos/Mega Event Operations;

- Cross functional management experience.
