الوصف الوظيفي · Assist outside sales by receiving and handling enquiries from prospect and customers · Assist outside sales with punctual visits to customer whenever needed · Manage relationship of existing key accounts with sales personal. · Provide quotations to the customer · Gather & issue requirements from customer, such as KPI reporting, invoicing needs · Fill up and amend customer profile within Concerto & amend as required · Maintaining rates validity with customers · Ultimately in charge to gather requirements from a customer and sale commitment before transmission to Middle Office B. Handle Quotations/ SOP and transfer to Customer Operation Support · In charge of replying to the customer with quotation within a limited timeframe · Ensure quotation reminders and follow up feedback to customer · For validated quotes, participate to the set-up of customer’s accounts as per country procedures · Establish SOPs as per customer’s needs · Ensure SOPs are transferred upon strict validation by Customer Operation Support (COS) C. Monitor customer satisfaction experience and Bolloré Logistics performance · Review of Bolloré Logistics commitments with customer and act upon found gaps · Monitor our performance vs contractual commitment and take action where needed D. Ensure resolution of complains · Handle resolution of complaints through further investigation with concerned parties المهارات · 2-3 year experience with international exposure in logistic company · Strong Operational Knowledge of both air and sea freight · Proficient in Excel and Power Point .
