Urgently looking for an Ice Cream Maker who will measure, mix, cook, and freeze ingredients and concoct new recipes to make high quality, artisanal Ice Creams.
Candidate must have significant premium ice cream-making experience with related knowledge as a Chocolatier a definite advantage.
He must be hygienic, responsible and possess the ability to work as part of a team and independently with focus and dedication. This is a professional kitchen and we expect professionalism from all of our employees.

Highly capable of following recipes accurately, as well as concocting new and healthier recipes.
Ability to stand and work for long hours and perform other physical tasks on a daily basis.
Follow directions confidently and precisely.
Communicate effectively and directly with supervisors and colleagues.
Compliance with all Food Safety Standards is mandatory.
Maintain organization of Ice Cream department including organization, cleanliness of dry storage, walk-ins, and dairy fridge, as well as ensuring that equipments are working and are properly maintained.
