Automotive Service Adviser

الوصف الوظيفي
We are an independent Mercedes-Benz service center. We are currently looking for a candidate for automotive service adviser job, which includes the following tasks:

1) Dealing with customers in person and over the phone

2) Noting their requirements and issues

3) Ppreparing estimates

4) Preparing job orders

5) Getting customers’ approvals

6) Inspecting cars before accepting from customers and also prior to the delivery

المهارات
1) Perfect knowledge of English and Arabic

2) Knowledge of car components and systems

3) Communicative skills

4) Ability to work under stress environment

5) Computer skills

6) Experience with high end cars is a must

7) Good team working

8) Must have at least 3 years of work experience in this field
