One of our clients, a leading Food Production company in Middle East, hiring for a Learning and Development Specialist experienced from Food Processing/ Production/ Manufacturing industry

Gender - Open; Nationality - Open

 Design, develop and implement learning and development strategies and programs in line with the company culture and goals.
 Conduct Training needs analysis annually and as needed.
 Design learning courses, employee career plan, trainings and workshops.
 Deliver effective trainings to all levels.
 Liaise with external learning centers for trainings required for legal and client’s compliance and standards.
 Evaluate individual .. and more

1) Education: University degree in suitable field or Diploma in HR, Professional certification related to HR
2) Language: Proficient in English, Spoken and Written
3) Experience: Minimum 3 years in Leading L&D;functions in a multinational company with diverse workforce
4) Requirement: Proven experience as an L&D;, current knowledge of effective learning and development methods, expertise with e-learning platforms and different learning methods, experience in project management and budgeting, ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
