To carry out improvement and maintenance works such as painting, masonry repairs, fabrication works in the venue and the head office according to the requirements.
To carry out daily routine maintenance work and inspection of all equipment / plumbing and sanitary items and report any defects, breakdowns, etc.
To assist in replacing / repair electrical items and fixtures and carry out trouble shooting of electrical faults and running electrical wiring and water service pipe installation as and when required.
To co-ordinate with immediate superior to liaise and supervise respective term contractors or external contractors for replacement or improvement works.
To assist the operational team when there is event to move around the furniture, fixture and installation of decorative props.
To assist in handling all emergencies
To update daily maintenance log
To complete the work order forms
المهارات
Candidate must possess at least a 1 year of experience in Facilities Maintenance Work
Experience in goods receiving & stock take
Full-Time position, Shift work
Dynamic, resourceful and have a good knowledge in Facility Maintenance Work and construction
A self-starter and able to work in a fast paced environment and with tight deadlines.
Good analysing and coordination skills.
