الوصف الوظيفي · Technically support cross-functional (internal & external) team and customers through the technical Implementation of UNISIS MEDAS HIMS Solutions (including hardware & server configurations) · Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and able to negotiate/ influence decisions and processes · Act as a technical escalation point to the operations teams during the implementation phase Support and at times lead troubleshooting to include, but not limited to, MySQL Server · Provide feedback to the product management team in the event that new requirements are identified not supported by the current system · Engage with potential and existing customers to address their questions, concerns and needs related to UNISIS MEDAS HIMS Solutions · Mentor team members in technical and custom development activities, tools and services · Provide industry expertise / perspective / best practices within the Hospitals/Clinics/Multi-speciality Centres · Train End-users on workflows and application usage · Work closely with sales and operations teams to consult on technical design and overall solution design to include; servers, devices, security and interfaces. Act as a subject matter expert on · Healthcare domain, workflows, healthcare practices, HL7, HIPPA, CAP, CBAHI protocols · Work with sales and project managers to gather customer requirements and create workflows in · order to map current state to future state; document future state · Presale experience is mandatory QUALIFICATIONS · 4+ years Software Implementation/Healthcare IT Domain · 40-60% travel EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field المهارات · Ability to analyze, design, and optimize system processes and integrations · Ability to quickly learn new technologies and apply learnings · Demonstrated written communication skills · Strong verbal communication and listening skills · Excellent collaboration and team building skills · Develops and delivers effective presentations · Ability to lead/manage others · Ability to Test and correct Workflows · Strong negotiation and decision making skills · Ability to understand pricing models and billing procedures · Deep understanding of Healthcare Domains · MySQL Knowledge Preferred · Understand the market in which the company operates and contact arrange meeting with potential clients to determine what kind of services they are seeking. · Make outbound calls to potential customers and arrange for meeting by proper coordination with seniors. · Provide the online demo to the clients · Support sales efforts with in-depth product and business knowledge · To maintain a thorough knowledge of the company s products and service offerings and methodologies · To work with the product development teams to capture new customer requirements and develop and expand the product portfolio · Provide complete details regarding the project to customers via mail and handle all clients in very professional and courteous manner. · Represent the company in a professional manner and build good relationships with clients to the company s benefit تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/implementation-presales-specialist-4150404/ |
