الوصف الوظيفي The role of Broking Manager is to handle a portfolio of key accounts and/or identifies and converts new account opportunities, to drive profitable revenue growth. Broking Manager will develop, agree and manage account plans and sales pipelines and/or identify, qualify and close new business opportunities, working with marketing, sales, operations, and technical colleagues to ensure successful delivery. Broking Manager will also be involved in the management of bids and will coach and develop less experienced colleagues. This post is an opportunity to work with a major insurance companies in their corporate reinsurance division; the candidate will assist in the compilation and analysis of Company loss exposures for various insurance liens for use in identifying corporate reinsurance needs. 2 | MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Build and maintain relationships within assigned organizations to thoroughly understand their strategy, culture, personalities, customer base and decision making and ensure they fully understand company propositions. · Develop, agree and maintain a yearly account plan for each allocated account to achieve sales strategy and targets. · Manage the overall production pipeline with relevant accounts to ensure Company achieves its annual budgets / targets. · Lead the identification, planning, qualification and winning of new key account relationships to grow broking portfolio accounts in line with Company strategy. · Manage the effective delivery of account plans and/or winning of new business, involving marketing, sales, operations, and technical colleagues, to ensure Company achieves the required service and performance. · Be a recognized expert is applying best practice producing techniques and tools and demonstrating the Brand Beliefs, fully exploiting your skills, knowledge and experience and Company investment in your training and development. · Actively coach, develop and support less experienced colleagues to ensure delivery of the required standards of excellence in servicing performance and as part of their personal and professional development. · Comply with the required standards of service excellence and best practice and operating effectiveness and efficiency, and Group, legal and regulatory requirements. This job will typically be measured with the following KPI’s: · Achievement of annual production targets and Company’s budget. · Clear account plan for each account that will grow broking portfolio. · Quality of servicing relationships and associated feedback/satisfaction scores. Feedback from colleagues and customers. Years of Experience:Minimum Three years of UAE reinsurance and Retail experience.
