Works closely with the sales development team to provide proactive, responsive and efficient contribution to the sales done in the territory. Work with our Client’s internal systems (database) data entry and delivery of timely & accurate assistance on all deal creations, agreement signatures and deal servicing, to meet contractual obligations and assists the internal teams and clients in all possible ways to meet the target, recognize revenue and deliver material of the availing product across all Media (Movies & TV Shows) in MENA

• Internal coordination with all relevant departments (Accounting, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Technical, Credit Control)
• Some client relationship responsibilities (Daily coordination on deal servicing)
Areas of Accountability
• Assist in creation, communication, servicing & maintenance of new and ongoing deals in the territory
• Support Sales Teams with any info needed regarding product availability, rights and windowing
• Support Finance with all documents required for AOP and Quarterization purposes
• Support Accounting with all new and revsied payment plans across all deals to secure invoicing on time and Follow ups with clients on payments
• Providing support to the Sales Development Manager with all tasks related to Sales Development (Research, follow-ups, data entry, client servicing)
• Updating all deal summaries of current agreements and creating new ones for the renewed or new agreements, making sure to get the title selections from clients on time so we meet the start dates and delivery ofmaterial.
• Digital & Linear updates of all deal summaries with the avail dates, US B.O, Age Ratings, Pricing and any revision required – to also be reflected in the relevant systems and communicated across all internal departments
• Legal document review, full checks on product, rights, languages, territories, media, fees, payment plan) to match the deal summary and system so everything is aligned and making sure agreements and amendments are fully executed on time

Experience and Professional Qualifications Required
• Minimum 1 year experience in a sales development environment (Coordinator)
• Preferably with the previous experience within a studio
• Rights management & knowledge of deal structures
• Confident & proactive
• Computer literate with high Excel skills
• Product & TV media type expert
• Very good at managing expectations and juggling many different ‘reporting lines’ & responsibilities and meeting strict deadlines
• Ability to multi-task and work within a group
