6. Ability to plan and build the vendor database for future NMES requirements

المهارات
Experience required – industry and years & Education / Qualifications
5 to 8 years of experience preferably in the Power IndustryBachelor’s in Engineering or Supply Chain Management or equivalent

Knowledge / Skills

▪ Good ability to find vendors in the UAE and KSA market related to materials/services in the Power Industry
▪ Knowledge of working with key OEM stakeholders in the Energy Sector
▪ Ability to look at improvements as well as manage the daily operations at the same time.
▪ Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
▪ Working knowledge of the SAP system
▪ Knowledge of law/regulations and contracts including terms and conditions.
▪ Good working knowledge of the tender management process▪ Ability to understand the material or service with a sourcing perspective.
▪ Planning and organizing Skills
▪ Ability to develop relationships with new vendors▪ Attention to detail
▪ Process orientation
▪ Team Player with ability to work with multi- national teams.
▪ Good negotiation skills.
▪ Awareness of Quality, Occupational health and safety and environment management systems.
▪ Understanding of procurement related risks and its possible mitigations.
▪ Knowledge and experience in international customs clearing and forwarding processes.
▪ Ability to handle complex logistical requirements in remote locations
▪ Capability of taking ownership from initiation to execution of procurement needs globally
▪ Flexibility to travel and work in remote locations on short notice
