Purpose:
HR responsibility for employees in the Dubai office. The role also involves involvement in strategic projects as the business continues to grow and execute a growth strategy
Key Result Areas
• Work closely with HR team to deliver short and long term HR Strategic initiatives.
• Assist, support and advise on the following:
• resourcing as required;
• onboarding and induction of new employees
• bi-annual performance appraisal process and setting of KPI’s;
• identify training needs and develop training and development plans for company’s employees in conjunction with succession and growth plans of the business;
• employee relations and performance management, working to develop a positive culture and working environment;
• work with line managers and employees to develop relationships, improve team effectiveness and morale, with an aim to minimise attrition of key talent.
• Keep up to date on UAE employment developments and review, update and where necessary create HR policies in conjunction with HR team and aligned to business strategy.
• Ensure day to day activities follow internal policies regulatory requirements, applicable laws and audit.
• HR projects and a focus on progressive and continuous improvement of HR contribution to the business.
• Conduct market research into best practices and transfer knowledge into the organisation.

المهارات
Skills & Experience
• University degree in HR or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years HR Generalist experience in a progressive multinational environment preferably in the UAE.
• Knowledge/awareness of UAE and DIFC labour law and best practice.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to effectively manage risk to the organization in all HR related activities.
• Ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment.
• Ability to develop effective relationships.
• Project management skills.
• Strong commercial focus.
• Numerate - proven ability to analyse and interpret data in a meaningful way.
• Proficient in word, excel and powerpoint.
