Corporate Support & IT Helpdesk Specialist
Salary: up to AED 8,000 based on experience
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Role
As a result of their further expansion we are looking for an energetic addition to their team, to remotely support their 600 consultants in 50 offices worldwide, as well as develop new IT tools for their global organization.
Responsibilities
• Provide a full Helpdesk service in Microsoft products like Office 365, SharePoint, One Drive, Exchange, Active Directory and others
• Support in developing their internal IT systems in Laravel, PHP, React and SharePoint Framework
• Service support with Microsoft Exchange, IRM, Active Directory and others
• Participate in developing new ideas and solutions for support, visualization and digitization

Requirements
• Technical knowledge and experience in all systems and techniques outlined above
• A service mindset to help in all IT related subjects
• Excellent English skills are mandatory, both verbal and written
• Strong initiative, self-starter and flexibility to learn and apply new skills
• Attention to detail
• Candidates currently in the UAE is essential
