Manager – Uniforms Front of House

الوصف الوظيفي
Approximately 30,000 volunteers plus paid staff will receive a uniform at the Uniform Distribution Centre prior to starting their journey as a member of the event-time workforce team for Expo 2020 Dubai.  The primary accountability of all members of the Uniforms Team is to ensure smooth and efficient processes for the distribution of uniforms, supported by positive customer service. This position is the key support to the Senior Manager – Uniforms, and must be across all aspects of the uniform programme.

The main responsibilities for this role include:

- Ensure key milestones are met within the Uniform Programme framework;

- Maintain internal and external partnerships in a positive and collaborative manner;

- Front of House Operations;

- Support final stages of planning and lead the implementation of the uniform distribution operations with regards to volunteer management and training, operational flow for the clients (paid staff and volunteers), and motivate/lead the team to meet program;

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service standards;

- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc…) in a professional manner;

- Maintain an outstanding store condition and visual standards. Ensuring an excellence standard of tidiness and cleanliness is upheld throughout the operation;

- Be a shining example of good behavior and high performance;

- Lead the division responsibly and proficiently, providing effective line management to direct reports;

- Set objectives and evaluate performance of individual direct reports and actively manage key personnel issues.

المهارات
6+ years plus relevant experience in a customer-facing field:

- A Bachelors degree within a relevant field;

- Extensive experience in either retail, uniforms, volunteer and/or training environment;

- People management skills, Customer focused, Motivator, Problem solver, Communicator;

- Strategic planning capability.
