الوصف الوظيفي Main responsibilities for this role include: - Day to day management of the digital marketing team ensuring they function as a high performing unit; - Manage a team and agency to develop the UI, UX and overall design of a revised Expo website as well as responsibility digital email communications; - Establish and maintain a consistent brand image throughout all digital marketing initiatives across web, mobile, and email owned properties, ensuring that our digital channels are fully integrated with the overall marketing program; - Ensure the visitor experience within our digital platforms is engaging, fun and immersive with a strong vision for our requirements through to 2021; - Work with the CRM, Performance, Social and digital analytics team to drive traffic, increase reach, acquire new customers/end users, and convert. Collaborate cross-functionally to plan, develop and deliver dynamic, world-class campaigns and content; - Provide strategic direction to key stakeholders on where to invest based on learnings from analytics; - Active participant in meetings with Communications to stay abreast of campaigns and social requests from teams and make strategic recommendations. المهارات - A Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field; - Strong skills in strategy and planning, and vendor selection and management; - Outstanding strategic, problem solving and thought leadership skills; - Ability to thrive in a high paced, highly creative environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously; - Demonstrated ability to lead projects requiring synthesis of large amounts of complex data into meaningful conclusions; - Ability to navigate, collaborate and influence cross-functional partners. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/director-digital-strategy-and-platforms-4146918/ |
