الوصف الوظيفي Assist the coordination and delivery of the Participant Accreditation services for Expo 2020, this role will assist in implementing a seamless Accreditation business process and integrated engagement plan that meets the requirements of Expo 2020. The main responsibilities of the role include: - Implement the planning of the Accreditation business process for Participants; - Implement an effective and efficient engagement process, as guided by the Manager(s), Participant Accreditation; - Engage with assigned Accredited Guest Group(s) to guide them through the Accreditation process; - Deliver Accreditation services to accredited personnel at Accreditation Facilities and across the Expo 2020 site; - Engage with assigned Accredited Guest Group(s) to guide them through the Accreditation process; - Deliver Accreditation services to accredited personnel at Accreditation Facilities and across the Expo 2020 site; - Manage Participant Accreditation operations on site as a key member of the wider Event Operations team. المهارات - A Bachelors degree within a relevant field; - Basic understanding of Accreditation in the context of a mega event; - Demonstrated experience in Customer Service delivery; - Exposure to business management principles and project management tools; - Service, hospitality or events industry experience; Proficiency in Arabic (written and/or spoken) and proficiency in other languages. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/associate-participant-accreditation-4146436/ |
