الوصف الوظيفي The main responsibilities for this role include: - Administration requests from the Marketing & Communications department as well as external parties and action accordingly in line with Expo standards; - Act as the foundation for the Department’s administration support and coordination; - Schedule and organise meetings, events and maintain agendas; - Duly execute administrative tasks and follow up on actions; - Maintain proper documentation for easy retrieval for audit; - Support the Chief MarComms Officer and functional area teams in project level timeline tracking and management; -Comply with all contractual requirements. المهارات - A Bachelor’s degree within a relevant field; - Experience delivering high quality services within an office environment; - Experience in project management; - Experience in coordinating media events, briefings and conferences; - Experience supporting a team in an administrative capacity; - Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; - High level of computer skills – Microsoft office, Excel, etc. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/coordinator-planning-delivery-unit-4145995/ |
