Senior Manager - Social Media Campaigns

The purpose of the Senior Media Manager in the Marketing department is to develop, implement and track multi-national and multi-language marketing brand communication campaigns for Expo 2020 Dubai as well as develop, implement and track smaller product campaigns, those campaigns will heavily live on the Expo 2020 Social Media channels.

The main responsibilities of this role will include:

- Support the strategic efforts to build brand consideration and tickets conversion to deliver 25 million visits to the event which is to be held from Oct 2020-April 2021;

- Lead on all Social media aspects of content / creative development for our Marketing calendar; ensure the delivery of high-quality content and adaptations for multi-channels and in multi-languages;

- Implementing the overall social media strategy and content development for domestic & international marketing campaigns;

- Develop creative briefs for the creative and social media agencies, ensure briefs are comprehensive with clear deliverables. Monitor the progress of content / creative development;

- Develop content frameworks for each campaign and user journeys to achieve campaign effectiveness. Ensure the framework covers Social/Web content and is being optimized for Paid promotions;

- Develop workflows between creative, adaptation and translation agencies to ensure a smooth operation to deliver social media content in multi-languages for international and domestic markets;

- Work with key stakeholders and multi-functional teams from across the business as well as other marketing colleagues to deliver and amplify both brand and product campaigns. This includes developing the template for the social media toolkit with creatives and copy and amplify them through multiple external channels, such as the Expo 2020 partners.

المهارات
8+ years’ experience in Social Media Marketing, Branding or Advertising, as well as:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertisement, Arts or Business;

- Creative and Social media agencies management;

- Dynamic, alert and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders;

- Strong understanding of social media measurement and insights as well as overall knowledge in digital analytics;

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills;

- Project management, self-initiating and excellent in working with groups;

-Media planning experience.
