الوصف الوظيفي The main responsibilities of the role include: - Work with Head of Strategy to provide strategic insights and evaluation by tracking Expo’s performance against KPIs, key messages and themes; - Analyse and interpret data collected from multiple sources (media monitoring, social/digital monitoring tools) and produce reports based on them; - Produce regular daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports, covering social and digital data with a focus on communications data; - Maintain live dashboard to track performance and monitor conversation; - Track Expo Marcomms performance against key communications metrics, including message penetration, topics of conversation, sentiment, PR attribution, shareability etc; - Coordinate with Press Office, PR agencies and other Marcomms teams/agencies to track all communications outputs and ensure monitoring against them; - Provide ad hoc backgrounder research into upcoming key events and topics/issues associated with them. المهارات - A Bachelor’s degree within a relevant field; - Extensive experience working with data analytics; - Excellent communications skills, both written and oral in English and Arabic; - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; - Working knowledge of Google Analytics; - Experience working on various online monitoring and analytics platforms (TrendKite, BrandsEye etc); - Strong organisational skills. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/manager-monitoring-performance-analytics-4146105/ |
