الوصف الوظيفي The main responsibilities of this role will include: - Aligning Expo’s crisis communications plan and preparedness with the wider Expo risk management and resilience plans; - Event time planning for issues and reputation management, including situation room infrastructure, processes and procedures and alignment with Expo’s C3 setup; - Work with crisis communications agency on core reputation management tasks, including updating issues book, hostile Q&As;, media risk assessments and others; - Developing plans for Event-time situation room infrastructure; - Refining processes for issues escalation, handling and monitoring; - Maintain crisis go-bags (work with Coordinator); - Support external affairs team in aligning crisis communications response with International Participants, Partners and UAE government entities. المهارات - A Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; - Extensive experience working in situation rooms; - Experience working in mega events; - Excellent communications skills, both written and oral in English; - Excellent interpersonal skills; - Strong organisational skills; - Excellent knowledge of international media. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/senior-manager-reputation-4146110/ |
