الوصف الوظيفي Position: Lead Business Architect Location: Dubai, UAE or Hyderabad, IN Duration: Full Time SUMMARY Lead Business Architect is a new role within Agility’s Global Integrated Logistics (GIL) Division that is responsible for directing the organization to develop, maintain and leverage the enterprise architecture (EA) across the modules that make up our in house transactional system. The business architect is also responsible for defining EA processes (ie. EA assurance process) and for leading the integration of these processes with other related business and IT processes. The Lead Business Architect is responsible coordinating with the Product Line owners & other functional teams (Quality, Finance, Ops, Sales & Commercial) in developing and maintaining business capabilities model for the enterprise in line with the vision of the organization; Contribute to the IT implementation of business functions with target state business architecture in view; Developing change management plans to support IT solutions implementation across the enterprise. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Leading the creation or evolution of the EA function, including the coordination changes in business, process, and technology changes; of an appropriately balanced pursuit of enterprise information systems driven by business strategy , target state business and technical architecture view pointsUnderstanding, advocating, supporting and contributing to the enterprise’s business and IT strategiesLeading the identification and analysis of enterprise business drivers to derive enterprise business, information, technical and solution architecture requirements; analyzing industry, technology and market trends to determine their potential impacts on the enterpriseAnalyzing the current business and IT environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvementLeading and facilitating the creation of governing principles to guide solution decision making for the enterpriseEnsuring that the optimal governance structure and compliance activities (such as handling waivers) are associated with EA complianceLeading the development of an implementation plan for the EA, based on business requirements and IT strategies; overseeing EA implementation, ongoing EA refinement activities, and the documentation of all EA design and analysis workConsulting with program/project teams to fit solutions to architecture across all viewpointsDefining organizational requirements for the resources, structures and cultural changes necessary to support the EAPromoting the EA process, outcomes and results to the organization, including the enterprise’s IT and business leaders; this includes assessing (through appropriate metrics) and communicating the achievement and impact of the EA, as well as leading the development and execution of an EA communication and education plan QUALIFICATIONS/PREFERENCES 7 - 10 years in the logistics industry is requiredDegree in business management, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, system analysis or a related field of studyAdditional training or certification in organization change management highly desirablePrevious experience as a successful business or enterprise architect highly desirableExperience in driving business architecture for the enterprise and closely working with IT department/organization to deliver the solution that meets the business needs.Experience in the logistics domain with a deep understanding of differentiating factors & directing the emergence of business architecture and IT implementation to create value.Demonstrated track record of leading high-performance teams toward the successful attainment of chall https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/lead-business-architect-4148739/ |
