- 3 years of customer service experience.
- Experience in the Automotive industry (preferred).
- Experience in spare parts (preferred).
- Experience in operations (preferred)
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Support Sales Executive/ Sales Manager.
- Manage drivers and prepare delivery schedules.
