• Perform frontline workforce demand and budget forecasting and report to corporate HR
• Develop and update job descriptions
• Manage Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
• Implement the localised Group Recruitment and Talent Acquisition policies
• Conduct competency-based interviews with line management
• Keep line management updated on progress of every vacancy
• Facilitate screening and screening, selection and offer for frontline and individual contributor recruitment On-board new employees
• Quality control the Functional Induction as per the inputs provided by line manager
• Conduct probation review of new employees in line with the employment contract terms Facilitate Capability Development
• Monitor and control the training budget specific
