An establish casual dining Group from Dubai is expanding their operations to Saudi Arabia. We are currently looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our growing team. You will be managing a fast casual style concep and must come from a similar background.

You must feel comfortable in a position of authority that includes coaching, rewarding and disciplining employees in a responsible and effective manner; needs to demonstrate a strong sense of integrity by setting a good example for employees; must be assertive and take charge.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage day to day operations of the restauarnt
Ensure that Employee of the months are nominated and certificates are distributed monthly
Resolve conflict between staff members within the store effectively when possible
Execute promotions are effectively according to Marketing department specifications
Ensure restaurant supplies and stock levels are adequate and ordered accordingly by manager in charge. Accurate stock take figures are completed as per company requirements.
Ensure that average daily spend per head and daily covers are consistent and at a maximum
Manage and monitor staff relations and levels of motivation/performance
Ensure the behaviour of all employees is consistent with Company values and they receive standard and ongoing training
Shows exceptional understanding of customer service levels and empower staff to meet required standards.
Drive team effectiveness to ensure customers have an exceptional dining experience
Constantly works at enhancing the dining experience for guests and building relationships with guests and the team
Attend any management meetings and participate in all relevant training offered by the company
Ensures compliance to the local rules and regulations including H&S;laws at all the times

3-5 years with proven success as an outlet restaurant manager in FAST CASUAL concepts
Fluent in English
