الوصف الوظيفي
• Develop long term and short term strategy inline with HQ business directore giving a guidance to the branches within region.

• Impelment an effective accounts receivable and collections strategy to minimize exprosure to loss.

• Maintain good communication and develop strong practical working relationships with other heads of department with an aim to achieve objectives.

• Constant communication, follow –up and tracking of customer and market needs.

• Participate in recruiting, mentoring and career development of members of the department.

Requirements

• Must have bachelor degree in Business or related field.

• Must have 10-15 years in AC sales field experience .

• Track record in professional experience of sales and marketing position,such as substantial business growth.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
