الوصف الوظيفي The role will lead on the management of risk assessments related to electrical safety and health and safety analysis of operations across different areas in order to ensure compliance with health & safety and relevant certification guidelines. The role will form an integral component of the Event Health and Safety structure and provide specialist advice, assistance and assurance on electrical safety to all Event Workforce, Participants, Partners, Sponsors and Contractors. The main responsibilities of this role will include: - Support the implementation of Expo’s HSQE strategy and management arrangements, including review of site management and event safety standards in line with the overall business objectives of the organisation; - Provide health and safety advice and assistance to Expo 2020 Workforce, Participants, Partners, Sponsors and Contractors, implementing work processes, and resolving any escalated issues in order to ensure health and safety across the operations; - Provide specialist health and safety advice and support in the field of electrical safety, including application of permit to work systems; - Liaise with the necessary Local authorities on site i.e. Dubai Municipality, DEWA (Dubai Electricity and Water Authority), Civil Defence etc. as and when required; - Work with the relevant functional areas to ensure a seamless transition to operations; - Conduct inspections of all operational areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards and identify non-compliance, unsafe practices and conditions; - Responds to health and safety incident s to provide subject matter expertise and assistance with the immediate response and management of the incident. المهارات - A Bachelor’s degree in health and safety or equivalent; - Professional electrical safety certifications and/or accreditation from local and internationally recognized health and safety standards organizations; - Advanced knowledge of electrical safety considerations and requirements, including application of permit to work systems; - Experience in working in a multi-cultural organization, GCC region and experience in working with senior level Government partners and multi-agency stakeholders; - Coordination of and participation in a large departmental program a necessity; - Team management skills, presentation skills, risk management skills, project management skills, high attention to detail, communication skills. تفاصيل الوظيفة
