Manage day to day recruitment of Consultants from entry to senior levelScreen and interview candidates, arrange interviews for PartnersAdvertise job posts and use social media channelsAttend career fairs and graduate programmesManage employer brandingFollow up on interviews and provide feedback to candidates
Profile
3+ years experience in recruitment and MUST HAVE experience in a management consultancy, Big 4Strong communication skillsGood experience of social media advertisingStrong time management and proven ability to work under pressure
