Description
Design competency frameworksConduct gap analysis and implement new talent planDesign and deliver learning solutions for all levelsDevelop and implement coaching and mentoring programmesIdentify and initiate leadership development programmesDesign talent pipelines and succession planningComplete over haul of talent polices and procedures
Profile
At least 12 years experience with a large proportion of time dedicated to a pure Talent Management roleMUST BE fluent ARABICAble to work with key stakeholders and drive changeBe hands on and carry out projects with limited team supportTechnically minded with strategic and project management abilityDegree educated with a relevant qualification (e.g Coaching, Training, Psychology)
