الوصف الوظيفي Job Descriptions: * Schedules doctors’ appointments and confirms clients accordingly * Performs basic phlebotomy * Measures patients’ vital signs * Explains procedure for laboratory tests * Performs and assist DNA tests * Conducts Thermography test using AlfaSight 9000 machine * Assists clients for Body Composition Analysis with explanation * Explains to clients and assists for Infrared Sauna * Arranges specimen collection and special procedures with the laboratory * Handles International Shipments for test * Handles inventory of supplements (weekly at most) noting date of expiration and observing ideal room temperature for medicines * Purchases supplements and medical supplies; keeping enough stocks at all times * Inputs stock to system and arranges supplements * Handling record of client’s profile with confidentiality * Coordinates with the Pharmacy for medication request * Arranges appointment for diagnostic tests and injections * Responsible for sending all reports to clients as soon as results are available * Handles order for supplements * Prepares homeopathic medicine when the doctor is not around * Assures that the consultation room and all equipments are orderly and always tidy * Addresses all patient concerns and inquiries including emails * Issues receipt to each transaction; keeping daily record * Prepares Reimbursement Claim Forms and Invoices Job Type: Full-time المهارات تفاصيل الوظيفة
