Role Purpose:

To provide an accurate and timely financial service including setting and

monitoring of budgets, forecasts management and financial accounts, provide advice to support decision making at all levels

Responsibilities:

Preparing and maintaining an accurate financial reports& statements.
· Developing, implementing, and ensuring compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.

· Documenting and maintaining complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions.

· Developing and maintaining financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash.

Reviewing monthly results and implementing monthly variance reporting as compared to budget
· Reconciling bank and investment accounts; and managing cash flow.

· Managing the cash flow and preparing cash flow forecasts in accordance with policy.

· Managing budgeting & forecasting.

· Streamlining accounting functions and operations.

· Developing plans for financial growth.

· Evaluating and managing risk.

· Leading the audit process with the external auditors.
Monitoring and analyze Financial KPIs
Monitoring end of year book close audit.
Developing and implementing policies and procedures as required to ensure that personnel and financial information is secure.
Assisting the Financial Director with financial reporting as required and provide advice to support the decision making process and in accordance with the budget
Monitoring the financial status of other branches and making sure it’s aligned with the company financial plan.
Managing and coaching the financial team.
المهارات
• Master’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance management.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals.
• Auditing experience.
• Compliance oriented.
• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Analytical skills.
• CIPFA certification preferred
• Knowledge of International Accounting Standards required.
