الوصف الوظيفي · Provide assistance to the QHSE Manager in ensuring the implementation of an HSE management system in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures · Ensure that company construction teams and subcontractor teams fully meet the HSE standards and procedures mandated by respective client. · Work at site offshore and onshore as and when required. · Ensure that all our procedures are updated and always in line with the HSE international standards to maintain our ISO certification. · Ensure that all legal requirements are updated for Head office and Branches. · Promote the HSE culture in the company be creative in ways to encourage employees and get them involved. · Prepare all documentation required for the Sales and Marketing Department for prequalification requirements within the timeframe required. · Check and ensure that all HSE projects and service order documentation is generated, checked and submitted within the timeframe required. · Three years of experience must be at site (Oil and Gas offshore and onshore platforms). · Manage a team of HSE engineers and officers working at different company sites. · Prepare and implement HSE Plans and responsible for maintaining compliance with the client’s HSE plans, procedures and standards. · Conduct safety meetings, safety inspections, safety tours and safety audits · Ensure that an HSE Engineer/Office conducts and is equipped to conduct tool box talks as required at site · Ensure incident and accident reports are generated as necessary and take the lead in implementing a corrective action · Ensure that the standard operating procedures, operational instructions and HSE plans are relevant, comprehensive and functional · Ensure that the necessary safety precautions are taken during hazardous operations · Prepare and document all risk assessments at site and office المهارات تفاصيل الوظيفة
