- Responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures and assigning/monitoring administrative & secretarial responsibilities and tasks among the office staff;
- Collaborates and executes new innovative ideas and to work on special projects while keeping management involved accordingly;
- Assists in managing financial and management activities;
- Accountable for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized; plan board meetings, communications are well controlled; supply requisitions are reviewed/approved, reviews administrative discrepancies and clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored;
- Develops positive partnerships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Also, provide general support to external visitors;
- Supports in developing business plans & timeline, forecasts and reports on the reconciliation of the financial models and formulate action plans;
- Conducts and remain up-to-date with market trends (market research), prepare & maintain (Monthly, Quarterly & Annually) report;
- Assists in developing/implementing new and better-improved guidelines and ensures that financial goals and budgets are met;
- Designs and implements filing systems while ensuring security, integrity, and confidentiality of data;
- Organizes and coordinates office administration and event planning.
