Reporting to: Senior Service Manager
The Role:To ensure the implementation of Service Department objectives in the MB workshop in terms of financial performance , human recourses , training needs , adherence to manufactures standards /recommendations & facility requirements.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Ensure that all workshop activities & operations are in full compliances with company rules & regulations.
Achieve the workshop financial budget & business goals in line / accordance with the service dept guidelines / frames.
Achieve the targeted customer satisfaction index.
Follow-up WIP & take necessary actions.
Ensure that regular inventory for technicians hand tools & workshop equipment is taking place.
Maintain the 5S at 100 %{ sorting, systemizing, sanitation, sweeping & sustains}.
Ensure liaison & coordination between workshop sections.
Follow-up & ensure that the targeted number of PQRs is achieved.
Follow-up the implementation of the field & fleet supports engineers action plans.
Technically competent with ability to train technicians
المهارات
Minimum Experience & Qualifications
Bachelors/ Diploma degree in mechanical or automotive engineering
7 Years of work experience in MB passengers’ cars service roles-certified Workshop Team leader/Supervisor with a further workshop background.
Strong technical background
Good negotiation & convincing skills
Strong report writing skills
