A great opportunity for a qualified operations manager to ensure all elements of the Australian Pavilion operate effectively to the highest standards.
المهارات
The successful candidate will be results driven with venue or event management experience.
Candidates should have a hands-on approach with evidence of having worked under pressure whilst adopting a flexible and creative approach.
Experience in managing multiple stakeholders in a high-volume and high-profile public environment will be a distinct advantage.
Demonstrated experience in maintaining a flexible, co-operative and professional work environment, managing both FOH and BOH teams, with an understanding and well-communicated approach to OH&S;standards, policies and procedures will be crucial for this position.
Experience in the UAE, or an understanding of the Middle East region will be highly advantageous.
