Taylor Sterling are working with an award winning multi-disciplinary consultancy firm in the UAE.
For the Architecture & Interior Design arm of the business, we are looking for a talented Interior Designer with at least 10 years exposure.

Ideal candidate will have strong conceptual and technical abilities, great presentation skills (verbal and graphic) and client facing confidence. We are looking for someone who can independently run and deliver multiple projects and also be able to work as a lead/mentor to junior colleagues.
Design sense has to be proven in delivered projects with project photography or written references from at least 2 previous employers.
You will have corporate experience as primary but also hospitality, F&B;and retail experience which will be a great bonus!
المهارات
Skills Required:

Qualified interior designer with ideally more than 5 years’ experience and expertise of carrying out turnkey Interior fit out (Corporate/Retail/Residential) projects.
Expertise in reviewing and carrying out design projects according to technical industry standards.
Execution of delivery with an approach of proactive problem solving and decision making on site.
Ability to learn from experience and put processes into place to ensure proactive reduction of errors and challenges.
Strong communication, influencing and relationship building skills.
Ability to be proactive and see potential challenges before they arise
Experience in mentoring and team management
Thorough knowledge of InDesign, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, PDF editor (Bluebeam Revu)
Basic knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D Studio Max • An advantage to have knowledge of FARO Laser Scanning, MS Project
