Quantity Surveyor for a leading western consultancy
This well-respected market leading Tier 1 consultancy, renowned for delivering high quality projects across the commercial and residential sector is now looking to add to their experienced team due to an abundant amount of projects being secured for this year.
With project values ranging from $100M - $400M within the UAE and Saudi market, you will have the opportunity to be involved in an exciting variety of projects including apartments, industrial, educational and corporate fit out.
Responsibilities:
Your job as a QS will be to successfully manage all functions in relation to several projects.
Implement and manage accurate, professional and timely financial and contractual processes with individual projects as required, monitor all aspects of the project to ensure compliance with the contract, including preparation of all contractual correspondence.
You will have preferably managed multiple projects at any one time and have excellent time management skills.

Desired Skills and Experience:
You MUST have a degree in construction, engineering or Quantity Surveying
You MUST have experience with building projects
You MUST have Pre and Post contract experience
You Must have Middle Eastern experience
MRICS is preferred
