الوصف الوظيفي The role will be a key support in determining all business requirements for assigned projects, configure, test and support new and existing applications. The majority of the role will involve working with the development team to ensure requirements for new features are understood and to communicate clearly too all stakeholders.

Reports to: Product Manager
· Developing a SME level understanding of the Solution · Elicit business requirements · Translate requirements into storyboards · Assess, validate and determine if software solutions fulfil the requirements · Assist Product Owners in producing work breakdowns · Communicate new feature requirements to the development team · Configuration of applications · Testing of app configuration and new features · Configuration of applications المهارات · Minimum 3 years’ experience in a technical industry · Relevant qualification in IT or Business Analysis · Certification in Agile would be advantageous · Advanced level of computer literacy · Intermediate level proficiency in Visio or BizAgi · Basic VSTS Qualities · Results orientated and dynamic mindset · Ownership and self-motivated · Solution focused · Excellent communication skills · Capable of quickly grasping technical and complex concepts · Open to regular travel to Southern Africa تفاصيل الوظيفة
